Mr. Puente has advised Chinese companies in cross border investment projects in Ecuador and South America on infrastructure, oil and gas, mining and energy. He has more than 12 years of legal experience in his home country and more than 10 years collaborating with Chinese clients.

He has served in Ecuador as legal counsel for Five Fortune Global 500 Chinese State-Owned Enterprises. In addition to serving as a Director to the Baltics and Latin America at LehmanBush, Mr. Puente is also Director to Latin America and Foreign Legal Counsel at Lehman, Lee & Xu LLP.
